Lake Hills

The Lake Hills neighborhood in Bellevue was established in the mid 1950s. It is conveniently located a few miles south of Microsoft’s main campus in Redmond, minutes to downtown Bellevue, and a quick drive to major shopping centers.

Many of its homes are affordably priced, especially for first-time buyers. Some would consider these homes to be “condo alternatives,” but with more privacy and yards.

Lake Hills schools are part of the award-winning Bellevue School District.

Residents enjoy the miles of walking trails on the Lake Hills Greenbelt Park, which cuts past Larsen Lake or, as locals call it, “Blueberry Lake,” and circles around Phantom Lake. Weowna Park is a fun diversion along the way with its wooded trails and a waterfall.

Amenities include the Samena Swim Club, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools; the new Lake Hills Library, which opened in 2010; and Lake Hills Village, with its international flair. Boaters enjoy Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish. Skiers and snowboarders appreciate being one hour away from the slopes of the Summit at Snoqualmie.
