Meydenbauer Bay

In 2007, a plan was put into place to link the waterfront in Meydenbauer Bay to real estate in downtown Bellevue. This ongoing development has been successful; residents surrounding the Bay are within about nine water miles from downtown Seattle and walking distance from Bellevue Square Mall and other shops in downtown Bellevue.

Meydenbauer Bay also enjoys near-by locations for great shopping and night life, including Lincoln Square, The Bravern, and more. The closest area for finding great bistros, bakeries, delis, and other continental dining is on Main Street located within walking distance from many of the homes around the Bay. Main Street is considered “Old Bellevue” and retains a village feel within a large city. It is home to trendy boutiques, jewelers, and other unique stores. One example of exciting night life can be found at the Meydenbauer Theatre where conventions and performing arts productions are held.

The upscale homes on Meydenbauer Bay enjoy outstanding views overlooking Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline. Many residents take their dogs for walks into downtown or visit the beautifully landscaped parks nearby.

Clyde Beach Park is a place for families and resident’s guests to go swimming, use the playground, or dock their boat in the boathouse. At Meydenbauer Beach Park, people catch fish on the dock, utilize the play areas, or go swimming. Some residents keep their boat on their own private dock or can join the Meydenbauer Yacht Club.

Meydenbauer Bay residents take pleasure in the beautiful, waterfront views as well as all the city life has to offer.
