Kingston Highlands was one of the last neighborhoods built in Kingston before the Washington State Growth Management Act took effect.
Most of the homes built in Kingston Highlands were built by Liberty Land and Homes, LLC, who built very nice, good-sized homes at an affordable price.
Each home site in Kingston Highlands is approximately one acre. Each homeowner was required to landscape shortly after moving in and watching the yards artfully come together was inspiring.
Families of all ages enjoy living in Kingston Highlands and there is a true sense of community here. Neighbors enjoy gathering for the annual barbeque in the cul-de-sac on Balmoral Place. (Yes, it was named for the Castle; Miss Hailey Loop on the other hand was named for the builder’s little girl.)
One of Kingston’s newest neighborhoods.
