Every community has its own characteristics and style of homes.
In the fall of 2007, a brand new elementary school opened its doors within the community and is primarily serving the families in Silvercreek.

The community also features a clubhouse where residents come together for private parties or social events such as a visit from Santa or the Easter Bunny. Adjacent to the clubhouse, you will find a basketball court as well as tennis courts.

Silvercreek also boasts a large sports park that is for the use of all residents. You can play baseball, soccer, football, or just fly your kite.

Surrounding the community are several walking trails. Meridian is a short drive away for shopping and Mount Rainier is only 45 minutes away.
