Queen Anne

Queen Anne sits on top of one of the tallest points in the Seattle area and is known as one of Seattle's most prestigious neighborhoods. This renowned home location, situated north of Seattle Center and south of Fremont, was and still is one of the most popular spots for the influential leaders of the city to build their grand estates.

There are a large range of home styles within the Queen Anne community that include a blend of contemporary and historic styles. The west-side is privileged to have beautiful views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, while east-side residents view the Cascade Mountain range. Most enjoy the close commute to downtown amenities, shops, and fine dining in the heart of Seattle.

Aside from the beautiful atmosphere, Queen Anne home owners enjoy a wide variety of nearby recreational activities. On the south end they can visit Seattle Center, eat at the top of the Space Needle, have the ultimate music experience at the Experience Music Project center, or get tickets for a concert at Key Arena. Queen Anne Avenue is considered the “main street” of the area and hosts trendy restaurants, lavish hotels, and delicious bistros. Any type of fine dining can be found on Queen Anne Avenue.

The best place to be on a clear, sunny day is Kerry Park. Breathtaking views of downtown Seattle, the Space Needle, Mount Rainier, and Elliot Bay abound. Another park to enjoy taking your dog to or going for a bike ride in is Rachel’s Park.

Queen Anne families send their children through the Seattle School District and the private school options that are in close proximity. Any home owner within this brilliant neighborhood takes joy in their 19th century architecture homes surrounded by the upscale environment.
