Washington Park

Washington Park may be one of the smallest neighborhoods in Seattle, but it holds a distinctive exquisiteness and appeal. Located in east-central Seattle this community bursts with its variety of homes lined on a street of matured green lush.

Washington Park residents have easy access to the 520 floating bridge and are within a close commute to either downtown Seattle or Bellevue; they can also walk to local shops and eateries. Neighbors include Madison Park and the Arboretum where people can pick up treats at the deli or go for a walk through the gardens.

Washington Park families are privileged with the ability to have their children attend the prestigious Bush School, a prominent, private Seattle education center.

Many of the beautifully landscaped home lots are also quite large in size. Washington Park provides a home buyer with many options in home styles, ranging from a contemporary designed wood and glass frame of a modern home to a classic brick house complete with a large white portico. Many historic homes can be found as well within the community. One famous property is the University of Washington President’s 1907 home. This residential area gives partial views of Lake Washington and is a sanctuary from the city.
