Get in stride with the  Lilac Bloomsday Run, a 7.46 mile race that is the largest timed road race in the world with over 45,000 participants annually each May, and vote for your favorite band along the route.  Celebrate ArtFest in early June, one of the largest Art festivals in the United States.

How about a stroll along Riverfront Park on a warm spring day? If it is shopping you're after take your pick of shiny new malls, elegant boutiques, or rustic antique shops.

Spokane is a hub for many recreational activities as well.  With 260 days of sunny weather per year, skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, swimming, and boating are all popular activities around the area.

Finally, nourish yourself after a long day of shopping and activities with a decadent meal and dinner theatre.  There are plenty of performing arts, or maybe just a movie sounds good.  Enjoy the nightlife in this sociable town if you please, the choice is yours!  From the traditional to the eclectic, Spokane has entertainment to suite your mood or style.

    Hoopfest is the largest 3 on 3 street basketball tournament.  There are over 3,000 volunteers, 200,000 players and fans, 400 courts spanning 40 downtown city blocks,
    The hoopfest experience also includes concerts, shopping, food and entertainment.
