South Perry District

Located just a few miles from downtown Spokane and a few minutes from I-90, this historic little neighborhood has recently experienced a renaissance.

The South Perry District is a wonderful mix of buildings listed on the historic register, a long-standing local florist and cafe, trendy new restaurants, cozy new pubs and coffee houses, yoga studios, health food markets, and a thrift store. With a local farmer’s market and a community with a strong sense of pride, it’s become a destination scene for all Spokane residents. A little edgy and up-and-coming yet relaxed, you’ll enjoy an afternoon walking Perry St.

South Perry homes are charming, classic, traditional bungalows, Arts and Crafts cottages, and ranch style houses. Most homes were built in the early 1900s to 1940s although some newer additions surround the area.
