Tumble Creek

Suncadia is a four-star four-season resort community approximately 80 miles east of Seattle. Tumble Creek is a 2,600-acre gated community adjacent to Suncadia. Tumble Creek features the spectacular Tumble Creek Golf Course—a Tom Doak signature course.

Owners also enjoy the beautiful and challenging Prospector Golf Course designed by Palmer Course Design Company and the Rope Rider Golf Course, which will be completed in the future. Tumble Creek has its own fitness club with a pool and tennis courts.

In addition to golf, Suncadia offers a wide variety of summer activities including miles of trails perfect for cycling or walking, an outdoor pool and outdoor concerts, as well as hiking in the nearby Cascades. Winter fun includes cross country skiing, snowshoeing, an ice skating rink and sledding. Year-round the Swim & Fitness Center offers fitness opportunities, including a large indoor pool with a slide, a sauna, a steam room, and much more.

The new Lodge at Suncadia opened in April 2008. It features a restaurant with inspiring views, a conference center, and condominiums. The Glade Springs Spa at the lodge is a little touch of paradise.

Gorgeous mountain views, stately pine and aspen trees, and beautiful wildflowers in the spring delight visitors and residents with an unspoiled mountain environment. Wildlife is a main attraction. It’s not unusual to see deer, elk, coyotes, wild turkeys, or a bald eagle. The pristine Cle Elum River runs through Suncadia.

Suncadia and the State of Washington are planning a horse park off exit 80. It is proposed to be one of the largest equestrian parks on the West Coast.

Tumble Creek is just a short drive on I-90 from Seattle, but it is a world away. It’s easy to get away for a day or a lifetime.
